2025 THEME: "What's Next?"

This year’s ROAR Women's Symposium will center around the theme of life-altering moments when we are forced to confront the question: "What's next?" These moments often arise from unexpected challenges, major transitions, or profound shifts that require reflection and decision-making. The symposium will explore how women navigate these pivotal times, examining the choices they make, the resilience they cultivate, and the paths they take toward personal growth and professional empowerment. Through storytelling and discussions, the event will aim to provide insight into how women can confidently embrace uncertainty and move forward in times of change.
